Large Crowd Attends Bramson Services

Funeral services were held yesterday for Dr. Leon Bramson, chairman of the executive committee of the World ORT Union, who died Sunday at the age of 72. The Chief Rabbi of Marseille officiated and among the speakers were Prof. William Oualid, president of the World ORT Union; Dr. Aaron Syngalowski, vice-present, and Dr. Jacob Frumkin, member of the executive committee. Among the large crowd present were representatives of the Joint Distribution Committee, the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association and the OSE. One of those who sent messages of condolence was Edmond Fleg, the writer.
