Lawyers for seven of the 10 Iranian Jews jailed for spying for Israel filed appeals Wednesday with a court in the southern city of Shiraz. The defense lawyers said they plan to submit appeals for the remaining three on Thursday. Earlier this month, the 10 received sentences ranging from four to 13 years. Three other Jews were acquitted.
