Louis Lipsky, president of the Zionist Organization of American, stated to the representative of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency on arrival here that the improved economic conditions in the country warrant the Zionist Executive to demand a greater number of certificates for the admittance of Chaluzim.

The present visit of Felix M. Warburg to Palestine brings him and his associates to a closer understanding of the Zionist problems and methods. The Zionist Executive is demanding over 2,000 certificates for workers from April to September of this years.
