Rabbi Edward S. Manheim will speak at memorial services of the Allied Veterans of Foreign Wars at Winthrop Park, Brooklyn, this afternoon. Dr. Manheim’s topic will be, “The Price of War-Hitler To-day and Peace Tomorrow.”
