Students at the University of Mannheim, after negotiations with the university senate, announced that, in the future, Jews would not be admitted to the institution in a proportion exceeding one and a half per cent. No Jewish students, except those who are now concluding their studies, will be given an opporunity to graduate from the school of commerce.
