The Massachusetts State Department of Education invited Dr. Arnold Margolin, former judge of the Supreme Court of Appeals in Ukraine and now a member of the Massachusetts Bar, to deliver at the State University Extension in Boston a course of lectures on “Russia—Czarist and Soviet.”

Dr. Margolin intends to deliver in the next semester a special course on “Marxism versus Sovietism,” with the purpose of bringing some light into this field of confusion and prejudices.
