Mark Aitcheson Young, C.M.G., chief secretary in the Palestine Government, has been appointed governor of Barbados Island, it was announced today.
As Palestine representative, Mr. Young will attend the meeting of the League of Nations Mandates Commission before assuming his ne#post.
