The Tel Aviv Municipality’s annual Bialik prizes for belles lettres and Judaica were announced here over the week-end. Max Brod won the award for belles lettres for his book, “Galileans in Shackles,” and Prof. Itzhak Nahum Epstein was awarded the Judaica prize for his work, “Introduction to Mishna Versions.”
