George Z. Medalie, United States attorney, was re-elected as president of the Jewish Board of Guardians, at its annual meeting here Wednesday night. Edward S. Greenbaurn, James Marshall and Mrs. Mortimer Menken were elected vice-presidents; Sidney C. Borg, treasurer, and Paul Felix Warburg, secretary.
Addressing the meeting, Mr. Medalie stressed the need of combatting juvenile delinquency and pointed out the responsibilities of private agencies in checking crime.
Mrs. Cecil Borg read a paper on the work of the Big Sisters for Mrs. Sidney C. Borg. Dr. John Slawson also spoke.
