Rabbi Carl Manello was named a member of a rabbis’ committee and Jacob Chain and C. L. Erazerish were appointed to a laymans’ committee to lead the new organzation, Vaad Ho’ier banding all city, councils of orthodox Jewry into an Ohio state federation at Cincinnati.
