Funeral services were held yesterday for Menachem Barlev, father of the Minister of Commerce and industry Gen. Haim Barlev, who died Tuesday at the age of 77. Menachem Barlev came to Israel from Poland in 1940. Acting Premier Yigal Allon and other Cabinet ministers and Chief of Staff Gen. David Elazar attended the services.
