Henry Montor, executive officer of the American Financial and Development Corporation for Israel, left today for Israel to take part in the ground-breaking ceremonies for the Eliezer Kaplan School of Economics and Social Sciences. The ceremonies will take place in Jerusalem on March 23rd on the grounds on which all new buildings of the Hebrew University are now being erected.
