See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

Mount Ararat, where Noah’s ark came to rest after the deluge had ended, is changing hands, it is reported today. The Persian government is understood to have agreed to the inclusion of Mount Ararat in Turkish territory in exchange for a strip of Turkish land on the southern frontier. This step is a sequel to the recent Kurdish insurrection in that region where the rebels took refuge on Persian soil. Hence Turkey has requested the Persian government to consent to an exchange of territories.
