The social-democratic newspaper here discloses that the German embassy has officially requested the Latvian Government for a list of the German refugees now in Latvia. The paper claims the German Government wants the names for reprisals against the relatives of the refugees still in Germany. It urges the Latvian Government, under no circumstances to divulge the names, demanding a protest against the attempted intervention of the German Government in Latvia’s internal affairs.

The Zionist Organization of Latvia has invited pioneers (Chalutzim) to the Zionist farm in Latvia where Palestinian settlers are trained.
