The Sunday Chronicle reports a new Nazi plan for creation of a huge ghetto in the Lublin and Chelm districts of Nazi Poland into which would be dumped all the Jews of German-occupied territories.
The plan reportedly has been submitted by Hans Frank, German Governor-General for Poland. It specificies that the Jews will be required to build their own homes, grow their own food and serve as a reservoir of slave labor for the Reich, the dispatch said.
