The Nazi press is jubilant today over the ejection of Dr. Bernhard Weiss, vice-president of the Berlin Police Department.

The “Angriff” publishes a sarcastic article against Dr. Weiss and tells him the day of reckoning for him will come when the Nazis take over the power.

The libel suit entered by the wife of Dr. Weiss against a taxi driver, Johannes Roack, ended yesterday.

Roack was accused of aiding the Nazis in spreading the rumor of the alleged immoral relations of Mrs. Weiss.

Roack pleaded guilty. Dr. Weiss asked the court to pardon Roack.
