Delegates to the first Palestine National Congress meeting in Jordan-held old Jerusalem have discussed organization of commando units and military camps in other Arab states for use against Israel, it was reported here today from Jordan. The delegates took an oath that “Palestine is our homeland; repatriation is our goal; sacrifice is our duty; death does not frighten us; Palestine is ours.”

An ambitious expansion program also was discussed in the propaganda field. Ahmad Shukairy, the head of the “Palestine Liberation Organization” which was organized previously at the congress, said plans were being made to open Palestine missions and information offices abroad and to set up a Palestine broadcasting station and news agency. He said a fund had been established for such projects.
