The Palestine League of Nations Societies, through its delegation, composed of Meyer Dizengoff, mayor of Tel-Aviv, and Dr. Ben-Zion Mossinsohn, will submit to the Congress of League of Nations Societies proposals regarding the Jews of Germany, particularly in reference to a League of Nations loan and to the opening of the doors of Palestine to refugees

The leaders of the Jerusalem Jewish community met with the district commissioner last night and declared they refused to wait for the municipal elections. They demanded that the existing municipal council should be dissolved and a new one appointed on a basis in proportion to the population, or that a British commissar be named.
