Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat plans to travel to Tehran on Thursday to exchange views on the Israeli-Palestinian peace process with Iranian President Mohammad Khatami. Khatami, who chairs the 55-member Organization of the Islamic Conference, has launched an initiative to create a solid Islamic bloc against Israel.
