Palestinian living conditions are declining precipitously, a U.N. report said. The U.N. Economic and Social Commission report was issued last Friday. The review period, January 2003 to February 2004, showed “mounting economic and social damage under military occupation,” rising malnutrition and “new forms of dispossession and destruction of private and public assets of all kinds,” according to Reuters.
