Gov. George M. Leader of Pennsylvania today issued a proclamation declaring the week of April 21-28 as “Israel Week.” The proclamation was issued in connection with the launching of the national phase of the American celebration of Israel’s tenth anniversary which will be inaugurated here Thursday with an official luncheon given by the City of Philadelphia to be followed by ceremonies at Independence Hall.
