Percy Straus, vice-president of R. H. Macy & Co., and son of the venerable Jewish philanthropist, Nathan Straus, will receive to morrow, at the commencement exercise of Oglethorpe University, the honorary degree of Doctor of Commercial Science. The Straus family originally came from Talbotton, Georgia.
