Persian Diplomat Denies Discrimination Against Jews

In a statement to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency the Persian Charge d’Affairs here denies anti-Semitism on the part of his Government, declaring “Jews enjoy equal rights with the rest of the population.” He adds that Jews were well represented in the army, Parliament and universities.
