Philanthropist Terry Rubenstein was named chairwoman of the United Jewish Communities’ Gender Equity and Organizational Effectiveness Initiative. Rubenstein, executive vice president of The Joseph and Harvey Meyerhoff Family Charitable Funds, is treasurer of JTA’s board of directors.
