President Bush gave his support to a Saudi proposal for an Israeli-Palestinian peace accord. Bush telephoned Crown Prince Abdullah on Tuesday to say the United States hopes to work along with the Saudi kingdom “in the pursuit of Middle East peace,” White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said.
