President Clinton is expected to discuss the peace process with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak during a stopover in Egypt on Tuesday at the end of a trip to Africa. Mubarak has raised a number of proposals aimed at bridging the gaps between Israel and the Palestinians, including the issue of Jerusalem.
