President Clinton is the best U.S. president in the last 65 years, according to a poll of readers of Reform Judaism magazine. On a scale of 1 to 5, Clinton received a 4.1, followed by Roosevelt, at 3.7, and Truman, Kennedy and Carter at 3.6. George Bush, the father of the current president, ranked lowest, with a 2.1.
