The Jewish War Veterans will hold a mid-year national conference, with the keynote “Americanism and Peace,” at the Hotel Hollander from Feb. 10 to 12. An award for promotion of peace will be made to President James B. Conant of Harvard University, presentation of which will take place later in New York. About one thousand delegates will attend. Speakers will include Rabbi Abba Hillel Silver and Edgar Burman, commander of the J.W.V.
