Rabbi Jonah B. Wise, Judge William L. Dill and Mayor Ellenstein, of Newark, will address a dinner meeting here Monday evening in Fuld Hall at which the Essex County drive in behalf of the German Relief Campaign of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee will be opened. The initial gifts committee will make its first report at the meeting. About 800 are expected to attend.
