Rabbi Abraham E. Millgram, formerly rabbi of the Beth Sholom Congregation of Wilmington, Delaware, was last night elected spiritual leader of the Congregation Beth Israel of this city. Rabbi Millgram is to fill the pulpit that was made vacant by the resignation of Rabbi Marvin Nathan, who occupied this position for twenty-five years.
