G.A. Richards, owner of radio station KMPC, les Angeles, who has been accused of ordering anti-Semitism injected in KMPC news broadcasts, will retire from the radio business, the Federal Communication Commission announced today. Richards is also owner of stations in Detroit and Cleveland.
