‘rassenschande’ Trial in Altona Deferred

The “rassenschande” (race pollution) trial in Altona, near Hamburg, of the “stateless” Jew Leo Fleichow has been postponed indefinitely, it was announced today.

It is believed here that the trial is awaiting promulgation of the details implementing the Nuremberg laws.
