Rothschild Sworn in As U.S. Under Secretry of Commerce

Louis B. Rothschild, of Kansas City, whose appointment as Under Secretary of Commerce for Transportation was confirmed by the Senate on February 25, was sworn into his new post here by Secretary of Commerce Sinclair Weeks.

Mr. Rothschild is former chairman of the Federal Maritime Board and Administrator, Maritime Administration, Department of Commerce. He is 55 years old.
