Roumanian Government Manifesto Heralds New Era for Minorities

A new era of understanding and justice toward the national minorities in greater Roumania is heralded in a government manifesto issued here yesterday.

The manifesto states that a broader policy of understanding and justice toward the minorities and a favorable reconsideration concerning the fulfillment of the demands of these minorities will ensue, in view of the fact that “the happiness of the racial components of the country is a condition for the welfare of the country.”
