A delegation of ten prominent San Francisco Jewish leaders left last night via Air France from here for a survey of settlement, upbuilding and development programs carried on in Israel with funds raised through the United Jewish Appeal.
The West Coast leaders, headed by Lloyd Dinkelspiel, prominent San Francisco attorney and president of the city’s Jewish Welfare Fund, will return to this country in time to formally open the San Francisco Jewish Welfare Fund campaign on behalf of the U.J.A.
