A joint campaign in behalf of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, the Jewish Agency for Palestine and other agencies, was launched here last night at a mass meeting at which Louis Lipsky was the principal speaker. The campaign committee, under the chairmanship of A. B. Cohen, will continue for three days during which every member of the Jewish community will be asked to contribute toward an $8,000 quota.
