Israel Consul General Semach Hyman and Mrs. Hyman sailed today on the liner Zion for Europe en route to Israel on completion of his two-year tour of duty in New York. He will be succeeded by Simcha Pratt, presently Consul General in Chicago, who will assume his new duties here next month.
