The Senate last night rejected, by 45 to 33, an amendment to B.C. A. legislation proposed by Sen. Joseph R. McCarthy to curb dissimulation in French Morocco against Jewish and Moslem religious groups and American Mimessmea. McCarthy said that former Vichy French officials were discriminating fling distribution of E.C.A, shipments.
