Attorney Dronnikov, engineer Lesneski and the railway worker Glebovich, all employees of the Southwestern Railways at Kiev, were sentenced to eighteen months imprisonment for composing and posting an anti-Semitic couplet in the railway administration building.

They distributed typewritten copies among the railway employees.
