Private funeral services were held yesterday for Max J. Sulzberger, former vice-president of Wilson and Company, meat packing firm, who died Monday at his home after a brief illness. Mr. Sulzberger, who was 57 years old, was a former director of Montefiore Hospital and a former trustee of the Hebrew Technical School for Girls. He is survived by five brothers.
