Profound interest and admiration were expressed by Sir John Simpson in the Jewish labor establishments such as the arbitration courts, loan and savings banks and public kitchens. He viewed these places during a visit to the Emek and Haifa. Sir John is investigating problems of land settlement, immigration and development.
