Some 45,000 postcards from Americans were delivered to the International Red Cross asking it to grant full recognition to Israel’s red cross society. The American Jewish Committee delivered the postcards regarding the status of Magen David Adom as the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies held its quadrennial meeting in Geneva this week.
