Prof. Solomon Mikhoels and Lieut.-Col. Itzik Feffer, the Jewish cultural delegation from the Soviet Union, left here last night en route home. The two Russian Jewish representatives spent several months touring the principal Jewish communities of the United States and England. They were the first Jewish delegates to visit these countries since the Soviet Revolution.
