Spain’s foreign minister reiterated an offer to host another OSCE conference on anti-Semitism. At Wednesday night’s meeting in New York with U.S. Jewish officials, Miguel Moratinos also said Spain would support a stand-alone U.N. General Assembly resolution condemning anti-Semitism. But the parties disagreed over Israel’s West Bank security barrier, as reflected in Spain’s recent vote for a resolution calling the fence illegal and ordering Israel to dismantle it.
