The death has been announced here of Count Stefan Zamoyski, a Polish nobleman who was a strong and active friend of Israel. A former aide de camp to General Sikorski, the wartime Polish leader in exile, Zamoyski combined his love of thoroughbred horses with his support for Israel. He died in San Francisco last week while representing Israel at the International Conference of the Arab Horse Organization. He was 71. Among his Israeli equestrian friends was Chaim Barlev, the present Minister of Commerce.
