Swastikas and other anti-Semitic graffiti repeatedly have been scrawled on the walls of a building housing a Jewish youth club in a city in Belarus, according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the FSU. In another development in the city of Borisov, neo-Nazi teen-agers reportedly set fire to the doorway of the local Chesed welfare center and vandalized the local Jewish cemetery.
