Switzerland approved a deal to help find more Holocaust-era account holders. Last week’s approval might end a heated Jewish debate. There has been a storm of controversy surrounding the future distribution of unclaimed funds left over from the $1.25 billion Swiss banks settlement once all owners of the Holocaust-era accounts are found and compensated.
