The Chief Rabbinate of Palestine has sent a letter of condolence to the High Commissioner on the death of Field Marshall Viscount Plumer, former High Commissioner in Palestine.
Memorial services will be held on the day of the funeral in the Great Synagogue, with Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope in attendance.
