The daughter of missing Israeli airman Ron Arad won a military honor. Sgt. Yuval Arad, who is doing her national service as a support staffer in an elite airborne unit, was among several dozen Israeli conscripts who received citations for excellence from President Moshe Katsav and the Israeli army’s chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Moshe Ya’alon.
