The father of one of the victims of last year’s Siberian Airlines plane crash dedicated a Torah ark in his daughter’s memory. The Jewish Agency for Israel helped Izhak Kamarae fly from Israel to Sochi, Russia, to dedicate the ark in honor of his daughter, Adi.
